Motherhood is a crazy journey, to say the least. And if you are planning to pump at work after your return to the office, that is like another job in itself especially if you exclusively nurse your baby. But this list of pumping bag essentials for working moms will give you a good headstart to the process and will take the guesswork out of it in terms of logistics.

1. The first thing you need is a carry-easy Pumping Bag that fits all of your pumping supplies. These are the 2 pumping bags I used for 2 of my pregnancies and I loved both of them.
2. Having a mini cooler for your breastmilk will give you the peace of mind in case there is no option to keep them cold at work. It will also keep the milk cold during the commute.
3. Although the cooler comes with 4 storage bottles, I also like to have the reusable breastmilk storage bag as a backup option. The reusable ones save you money in the long run and are easy to use.
4. Nursing Pads and Nipple Cream are my top most must-have pumping essentials that I don’t leave my house without. You would want to be super prepared for those out of nowhere leakage especially when you are at work. I use these reusable nursing pads because they are affordable and hold more. The pump has never been my good friend, so I use this nipple butter on my flanges before I start pumping. It gives me better suction and it is also breastfeeding safe.
5. The other two things that I always keep in handy in my pumping bag are a Pumping Sanitizer Spray and a Wet Dry Bag for the dirty pump parts to store.
6. The last thing I always keep in my bag is Breastfeeding Friendly Snacks. I get super hungry every time I pump, so having something on hand is key for me to fuel my mind and brain while working.
